Shipping Guidelines

Shipping and delivery

Step 1

Begin by assessing the weight and shape of the equipment to choose the appropriately sized box. Heavier shipments may need a sturdier box or even double-layered packaging for added protection.

Step 2

Choose a suitable, preferably new box if able that provides about 6cm of extra space around the the device.

Step 3

Place protective inner packaging material at the bottom of the box. Options like bubble wrap, foam blocks, packing chips, packing paper, cardboard or cushions work well for this purpose. For extra protection, wrap more than one layer around particularly delicate parts.

Step 4

Position the items to be shipped on top of the protective layer in the box, then fill any empty spaces with additional packing materials until the box is fully secured.

Step 5

Consider going the extra step by wrapping the equipment and using two types of inner packaging materials for enhanced protection e.g. bubble wrap/paper/cardboard. For extra protection double box the device, filling empty spaces inside the second box.

Step 6

Seal all edges and seams of the box with tape. It's recommended to reinforce the edges, as they are the most vulnerable to compression during transit.

Step 7

Attach the shipping label to the side of the box for easy visibility and reference.

Step 8

Make sure there are no old or duplicate labels on the box, as they could impact the shipment's routing.
