### Redcat Onboarding

- **Online Application** - Redcat Merchants are sent an email link to start the application process via our Windcave online portal Payline
- **Windcave Redcat Account Managers** - are assigned to assist Redcat merchants with the on boarding process. They also monitor applications which have yet to be complete.
- **Redcat Merchants Complete Application** - once Merchant Services application and terminal agreements are signed and complete, Windcave prepares their order for dispatch.
- **Terminal Dispatch** - Windcave works with either Redcat or the merchants technical team to dispatch terminals to site.
- **Installation** - Windcave supplys remote installation with our service, otherwise we can assist with onsite installation.
- **Go Live** - Redcat merchants are live. Windcave AM’s check to see how the merchant is going once going live.
