Redcat and Tattle partner to digitalise guest feedback
Tattle and Redcat have partnered for integration in order to digitalise guest feedback, by sending guests a Tattle survey after their on-demand ordering experience transacted through Redcat. The survey contains different aspects of the guest's transaction data, such as location, time of day, order number, menu items, and order amount. Through the integration, guests complete a comprehensive survey (at a 95.1% survey completion rate) to bring operators actionable feedback across all locations and operational categories, such as, Food Quality, Speed of Service, Meal Packaging, Accuracy, Sanitation, and more.
