Redcat Pay is an integrated end-to-end payment solution that enables hospitality businesses to seamlessly accept and manage transactions across every channel—POS, web, app & kiosk.

With support for all major payment methods and built-in fraud protection, it delivers a fast and secure consumer experience. At the same time, centralised controls, automated settlement, and enhanced reconciliation simplify operations for both corporate and partner entities, providing a single, transparent view of performance across the entire business.

It is available to Redcat customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

The key features of Redcat Pay include:

• The ability to process payments across all available channels:
  - POS
  - kiosk
  - web
  - app

• Take payment across all available methods with the ability to extend to new and emerging options:
  - credit schemes (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX / UnionPay)
  - debit cards
  - digital wallets (ApplePay / GooglePay)
  - member cash
  - giftcards 

• Process refunds with role permissions in Polygon Central 2 (PC2). 

• Security overlay:
  - PCI-DSS compliance for HQ and stores
  - transaction exception monitoring (e.g. volume and refund use cases)
  - fraud protection for chargebacks

• Automated settlement and improved reconciliation
  - settlement consolidated across all channels and payment methods per store
  - disbursement from HQ to stores for consolidated channels (e.g. web and app)
  

• Single view reporting for store and HQ
  - transactions (payments and refunds)
  - payment methods and channels
  - settlements and bank reconciliation

Redcat Pay is suitable for any Redcat customer utilising any or all of POS, kiosk, web ordering or app to process sales and accept consumer payments.

Noted Limitation:
Redcat Pay does not support pay@table processing.

Pre-requisites

This functionality is available to clients with Polygon POS.

The software versions required are:

Polygon POS Terminal: 2026.5.1 or later.

Polygon Central release: 26.05 or later.

Kiosk Shell: 26.3.0 or later.

Kiosk UI: 2026.5.1 or later.
