Polygon Central: Regional Managers

The Regional Managers menu will allow you to assign Polygon Central admin users to one or more store locations.

Assigning an admin user to a location will:

  • apply the regional manager flag in the user record.
  • add the location to the list of locations available to the user.

Assigning Regional Managers

Access the feature by choosing Users | Regional Managers from the left menu.

The window will display a list of locations - you can sort the list by location ID, location name or state by using the arrows for each column heading.

To assign a regional manager to a location:

  • click the entry for the location in the regional manager column.
  • add regional managers by selecting the user(s) from the drop-down list.
  • use the tick to save the selection.


To remove a regional manager:

  • click the entry for the location in the regional manager column
  • use the cross on the user name to remove as a selection for this location.
