Summary

In 2026, the UK will implement new advertising restrictions for "less healthy" foods, banning advertisements for specific products on TV and online during key hours. From October 1, 2025 all businesses utilising UberEATS, Deliveroo or Just Eat integrations with Redcat are required to review the regulatory changes (here) and tag their applicable menu items with a "Less Healthy" tag in MIM.
